Hamdok announces moves to put pressure on the army and support forces
اعلن رئيس تنسيقية القوى الديمقراطية المدنية-تقدم عبدالله حمدوك، تواصله مع أصدقاء السودان في الإقليم والعالم بأسره والوساطة السعودية والافريقية للضغط على الطرفين للعودة إلى طاولة المفاوضات، لأن تعثر التفاوض يعني المزيد من الخسائر والدمار والخطر علي السودان.
وفي السياق، أجرى رئيس الوزراء السوداني السابق عبدالله حمدوك الجمعة، مباحثات مع رئيس دولة جنوب السودان سلفاكير ميارديت في العاصمة الإماراتية أبو ظبي ناقشا خلالها تطورات الأوضاع في السودان على خلفية القتال الجاري بين الجيش وقوات الدعم السريع.
The head of the Coordination of Civil Democratic Forces-Advancement, Abdullah Hamdok, announced his communication with Sudan’s friends in the region and the entire world and the Saudi and African mediation to pressure the two parties to return to the negotiating table, because faltering negotiations means more losses, destruction and danger to Sudan.
In this context, on Friday, former Sudanese Prime Minister Abdullah Hamdok held discussions with the President of South Sudan, Salva Kiir Mayardit, in the Emirati capital, Abu Dhabi, during which they discussed developments in the situation in Sudan against the backdrop of the ongoing fighting between the army and the Rapid Support Forces.
